In some cases (where no single item excedes 2kg) we may send more than 1 parcel airmail
(this is to ensure that you get the cheapest delivery price)

Delivery costs are calculated at checkout when you place your order.
Delivery charges do not include any additional non-sales taxes, brokerage fees, tarrifs, customs or import duties that may be applied to your order by relevant authorities in your country.
It is your seperate responsibility to pay for these.
For deliveries by Royal mail there is a 50p packaging charge & 3.4% handling fee included in the delivery charge.
For deliveries by courier there is a £1.50p packaging charge & 3.4% handling fee included in the delivery charge.
We rely on the accuracy of the delivery address you give us and cannot accept liability for late or failed delivery if this is incorrect.
If your parcel is received damaged, please mark delivery note accordingly and advise us by email within 48 hours of delivery
Collection
You can collect your goods from our premises STRICTLY BY APPOINTMENT.
Goods should be ordered in advance & the collection option selected on checkout.
STRICTLY CASH ONLY WHEN COLLECTING.
Returns
You may return any item purchased for a full refund of the purchase price** within 14 days of delivery.
This may ONLY be done by first contacting us, by email, and requesting a returns reference number & address. We will also advise you as to as to who to ship them with.
Goods will NOT be accepted for return without a reference number.
We will only offer a refund on complete items returned in their original condition.
Returns should be made in the original, undamaged packaging, and we reserve the right to withhold a percentage of the refund value of the item(s) if the product or the packaging*** are in such a condition that the item(s) need to be reduced in price for resale.
Your right to return does not apply to products which are made or customised to your specification.
If payment was made by cheque, Refunds may take a little longer (up to 30 days from clearance date of your cheque to us) This is to help to prevent fraud.
We are unable to re-send parcels that have been returned to us as undeliverable, and will credit your payment method for the cost of the gift.
If you would still like to purchase the item(s) you will have to place a new order.
Proof of posting is not proof of receipt by us. We recommend you use Royal Mail 1st class recorded delivery.
We cannot refund any charges, either in respect of the original delivery or any costs you incur in returning the item(s) to us, except in the unlikely event of a mistake made by us or if the item is faulty or defective, in which case we will make a full refund of your original delivery charge + the cost**** of returning the items by means stipulated by us when you request a returns reference number.
All items being sent from abroad MUST be clearly marked as returns/repairs otherwise customs will charge import tax and we will refuse delivery of the item.
